HAND MADE IN ITALY

A performance featuring photos by Oliviero Toscani and commissioned by the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium with the aim to promote the antique Tuscan technique of vegetable tanning.

Big-size photos of luxury products made of vegetable-tanned leather by famous Italian brand companies and skilled artisans, porttraits of the master tanners and their artisan work, a video performance dedicated to this timeless and unique leather will be the focus of a multi-media exhibit conceived by Oliviero Toscani and La Sterpaia, Workshop of the Art of Communication.
